Other: Hello-There are regularly cars blocking the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd St's a bit after 6pm.I wonder if there's a way for the city to make it clear to ride share drivers and customers of DaVinci that this is illegal and that they cannot block the bike lane. When there are 3-4 cars parked in the bike lane here, it really is no longer a bike lane and instead is a pick up/drop off zone. "Sending people to patrol the area" is definitely not working. Thanks!
