Other: Hello- There were multiple cars blocking the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd Sts this evening a bit after 6 pm, as there often is. When there are 3-4 cars parked in the bike lane on this block, it really does cease to be a bike lane and is fully just a pick up/drop off lane for ride share drivers and pick up for davinci.  I wonder if there's anything the city can do about this? If anyone in the chain would care to hear, I have a simple solution that would 100% guarantee the bike lane would not/could not be blocked by cars. thanks again!
