Other: Rideshare drivers (Uber, Lyft, etc) regularly stop and park in the middle of the bike lane at this location while they load up passengers from the nearby rental units. Last evening, I explained to one of them that it was not a place to park, but she just smiled, cackled, and drove off. Is this even a violation, or can they just stop anywhere they please for as long as they like? If it is a violation, and since it's so close to the police station, it seems like there could easily be an officer out there handing out tickets to teach them a lesson. Maybe they eventually will get the message that they don't own the roads.
