Approving the Issuance of Tax Increment Revenue Bonds of the City of Bloomington Redevelopment District to Finance the Costs of Acquisition and Construction of the 4th Street Parking Garage in the Bloomington Consolidated Economic Development Area and Costs Incurred in Connection with the Issuance of Such Bonds.
This resolution authorizes the issuance of Tax Increment Revenue Bonds by the City of Bloomington Redevelopment Commission for acquisition, construction, and bond issuance costs associated with the 4th Street Parking Garage in the Bloomington Consolidated Economic Development Target Area in an amount not to exceed $18.54 million.
