TO APPROVE AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON AND MONROE COUNTY, INDIANA IN REGARDS TO 2010 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) (To Purchase Two Vans for the Critical Incident Response Team)
This resolution approves the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Bloomington and Monroe County, Indiana regarding the use of the 2010 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant. The Interlocal Agreement provides that the City will utilize all of the available funds to purchase two vans to be utilized by the Critical Incident Response Team.
