Resolution 10-04

This resolution expresses the Common Council’s approval of the conveyance of the John Waldron Arts Center and its desire to ensure that the real property continue to be used as a community arts center. Note: This resolution was revised after it was distributed in the weekly packet and before it was introduced at the Council. The revision was made to the last Whereas clause in order to clarify that the City Administration wishes to secure approval of this conveyance from the City Council.
