CONDITION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR ON-PREMISES ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMITS WITHIN ELIGIBLE STATUTORY DISTRICTS.
This Ordinance establishes guidelines for any applicant to eligible alcohol permit
programs found in Ind. Code 7.1-3-20, including those eligible licenses within the City's existing Downtown Redevelopment District and Historic District. This Ordinance requires applicants to enter into a formal written commitment pursuant to Ind. Code 7 .1-3-19-17 as a condition of eligibility.
