This Ordinance amends the zoning of the property from Residential Urban Lot (R4) and Residential Multifamily (RM) within the Transform Redevelopment Overlay (TRO) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). NOTE: Council adopted the attached reasonable conditions and one written commitment to approval of this PUD on March 25, April 22, and May 6.
