Ordinance 2025-38

This ordinance sets the minimum and maximum salary rates for all sworn fire and police personnel for the year 2026 in accordance with Council-approved collective bargaining agreements. Note: At the October 22, 2025 Regular Session, the Council adopted Amendment 01 to this ordinance. This amendment adds the words "not," "and," and a period() to Section 111 C and corrects "benefits-elegible" to "benefits-eligible" to fix a typographical error.
