Ordinance 23-23 (Vetoed)

This ordinance amends Title 15, "Vehicles and Traffic," of the Bloomington Municipal Code and comes forth at the request of City staff, the Traffic Commission, and the Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Commission. The ordinance makes the following change: Replaces stop intersections with multi-stop intersections along Seventh Street at Dunn Street, Lincoln Street, Morton Street, and Washington Street. Note: At the October 4, 2023 Regular Session, the Council adopted Amendment OJ to add three additional intersections along Seventh Street at Lincoln Street, Morton Street, and Washington Street to the list of intersections to be converted to all-way stop intersections.
