TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE BLOOMINGTON MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "WATER" (Rate Adjustment)
This ordinance amends the rates and charges in Title 9 of the Bloomington Municipal Code, entitled "Water", to reflect the repeal of the utilities receipt tax in compliance with LC. 8-1-2-4.2.
