AMENDING ORDINANCE 18-17 WHICH FIXED THE SALARIES OF OFFICERS OF THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS FOR THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON FOR 2019

These changes add a Logistics Officer to the Fire Department Administration Table and provide a one-time, bonus payment to all Senior Police Officers and Officers First Class who were employed during 2019.
