Ordinance 19-16

his ordinance amends the rates and charges in Title 10 of the Bloomington Municipal Code, entitled “Wastewater”, to reflect increased costs of supplying wastewater services to customers, and to make debt service payments on bond financing for required capital improvements. It also establishes a new surcharge for service provided to lots, parcels of real estate or buildings located outside the corporate limits of the city.
