Rates/How to Pay

Hourly Rate: $1.00 per hour (accepts nickels, dimes and quarters) additional convenience fees will apply if using credit card or using pay by phone using the ParkMobile app. 

Instructions for Purchasing a 6 Month Parking Pass- SOLD OUT for 2021-2022

1.    To purchase a six-month parking permit, please visit the Controller's Office located inside City Hall at 401 N. Morton Street, Suite 240. Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. 

2.    The person applying for the parking space will need to bring the current registration for the vehicle they want to park in the lot and complete the City of Bloomington Parking Agreement. 

3.    The applicant will need to bring his/her payment for the first 6 months, payable by cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover)

Reserved Space in the City Of Bloomington parking lot is limited and subject to availability.

*ALL CITATIONS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO RECEIVING A PERMIT.
