Bloomington Parks and Recreation and the Lake Monroe Sailing Association offer two types of sailing experiences: keel boat and small boat. Small Boat: This class offers a simple way to get started in sailing! Successful completion of the certification qualifies sailors access to LMSAs fleet of small boats.
