Take your yoga practice onto the water and discover a new level of balance, presence, and play. SUP Yoga combines accessible yoga postures, breathwork, and mindful movement with the gentle challenge of practicing on a paddleboard. The subtle motion of the water invites deeper focus, engages core stabilizing muscles, and encourages you to move with curiosity rather than perfection.Dharana (concentration) becomes more pronounced as we explore asana (balance and strength) and pranayama (rhythmic breath). The best part of this class is the extended time left for floating savasana (final relaxation).This class is suitable for all levels-no prior yoga experience required. Previous experience navigating a paddleboard is helpful. Join for one class or all four!
