This all-levels class is open to everyone, from experienced practitioners to first-time yogis. Modifications using blocks, straps, bolsters, and alternative poses encourage and challenge students to find their own best practice. An emphasis on spacious, conscious breathing and connecting breath with movement foster a sense of stability and self-trust. The class opens and ends with gentle warm-ups; more challenging movements are offered in between. Neither experience nor flexibility are required, just an open mind and willingness to have fun while trying something new!
