Walking with Ease

Walking is one of the safest and most effective ways to improve overall health. This program makes it even easier by providing a comfortable, climate-controlled environment!

Participants can walk at their own pace while enjoying light stretching and friendly conversation with fellow walkers. Staff and volunteers are available to provide encouragement and help track progress. Whether your goal is to stay active, build endurance, or simply connect with others, this program is a welcoming and supportive way to keep moving. 

Each class lasts approximately one hour. Mobility devices and strollers are welcome.

Winter Session 1

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, Feb. 3-March 12 from 11 a.m. until noon at the Endwright East Active Living Community Center inside College Mall.
