Hours of Operation
- Mills Pool is open May 23-Aug. 3, 2026.
- Operating hours are 11 a.m.-7 p.m. daily.
Operating hours are subject to change. The pool, or portions of the pool, may close due to lifeguard shortages, low attendance, or threatening weather. For updates on hours of operation or the open status of Bryan Park Pool and Mills Pool, call the Splash & Skate Hotline (812-349-3741).
General Admission
- Daily admission $7/person. Ages 4 yrs. and younger admitted at no charge.
- There are no admission refunds for unscheduled pool closings, including closings due to emergencies, contamination, or weather conditions. Season Passes and Economy 20-Punch Passes are non-refundable.
Season Pass–$90
- Good for admission for one person to both Bryan Park Pool and Mills Pool during the 2026 season.
- Passes may be purchased with check, cash, or debit/credit card.
- Season passes are for sale only at Bryan Park Pool.
Economy 20-Punch Pass–$100
- Good for a total of 20 admissions to both Bryan Park Pool and Mills Pool.

Apply for a Pool Admission Fee Waiver
Applications are not yet available for the 2026 pool season.
- Pool fee waivers are available for youth under the age of 18 years, or adults who are legally classified as a child for public benefit eligibility purposes, and who live within Bloomington city limits.
- Applicants for pool admission fee waivers must provide proof of residency within city limits, as well as proof of current enrollment in one of the following assistance programs for children: SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, or Free or Reduced-Lunch Program.
- For adults who are legally classified as a child: Adult Child Benefits Program.
- One designated adult supervisor at least 18 years old may enter the pool for free with a qualifying youth or an adult legally classified as a child.

Swim Lessons
- Available only at Bryan Park Pool.
- Swim lesson registration opens April 14.
About Mills Pool
Mills Pool has a zero-depth activity pool for children under age 10 yrs., water basketball, diving board, and waterslide.
- Food and drink may be brought into Mills Pool, but all food and drink must remain in the designated concessions area. No glass containers. Coolers may NOT be brought into the pool.
- The following water toys are not permitted: flotation tubes, mats, chairs, or loungers, squirt guns or Super Soakers
- These types of water toys are permitted: Coast Guard-approved life jackets or pfds, arm rings, noodles, dive toys, toddler pool toys such as pails.
Supervision
- All children under age 14 yrs. must be supervised by an adult age 18 yrs. and up at all times.
Accessibility
- Designated accessible parking is available at the cul-de-sac of Blair Avenue and West 14th Street, at the entrance to Mills Pool.
- Accessible toilets and showers in both men's and women's side of the bathhouse.
- Accessible chair lift for persons needing assistance entering the pool.
