Building Supervisor - Twin Lakes Recreation Center

Position Description

Incumbent serves as Building Supervisor/Custodian for the Parks and Recreation Twin Lakes Recreation Center facility. Responsible for on-site facility supervision during after-hours programs; maintain safety standards and cleanliness inside and outside the facility; nightly closing and cleaning routine; interact with program participants and community members.

Experience/Special Skills

Ability to work well with people; ability to think quickly and exercise good judgment, must be self-motivated. Experience in janitorial services and supervising in a recreation center helpful.

License/Certification

Valid Driver’s License. CPR and first aid certification required. Training available through Parks and Recreation Department if needed.

Hours

Hours and days vary, Monday-Sunday between 7:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Day shift and event hours, as required.

Salary

$16.42-$16.62 per hour
