The Bloomington Redevelopment Commission oversees the duties and responsibilities of the Department of Housing and Neighborhood Development which include: Community Development Block Grant, HOME funds, Neighborhood Improvement Grants and Tax Increment Districts.

Meetings tend to be held twice a month at 5:00PM.
