About Bivi's Tamales

Biviana Torres started Bivi's Tamales out of Spencer, Indiana in the summer of 2006. "I follow my grandma's traditional but healthy way of tamale making. I was always looking for a tamale to satisfy me, but I was always disappointed with the quality, so I started my own business. My food is always made with love and the best ingredients. I love my job and my relationships with my customers"

Bivi is the proud owner of 16 acres of land, where everything she can plant is harvested and used for her business, like peppers, tomatillos, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
