Downtown Outreach Grants fund projects that will improve the human condition of Bloomington residents who are unhoused or who are at risk of homelessness. The Community and Family Resources Department is responsible for the distribution and administration of this fund.

To address the challenges of the digital divide identified by ITS' 2020 digital survey, the City has established a digital grants fund to support local nonprofits in their efforts to bridge the digital divide. ITS anticipates inventive proposals that build capacity in the community to address digital opportunity challenges.
