The Bloomington Police Department is located at 220 East Third Street. The Police Department is visited daily by citizens for a variety of reasons including: processing police reports, performing vehicle VIN checks, applying for gun permits, fingerprinting, criminal history checks, and obtaining paperwork for recovery of towed vehicles.
