The residents of this address have been parking on the street for 12 or more hours at a time. When this happens, the street is no longer "2 way" and vehicles often must wait for the car in the other lane to pass before they can proceed. Drivers often do not have a clear line of sight. The car blocking the street lane is also unsafe for pedestrians who have to wait for traffic to clear to continue walking. There is no sidewalk. This is not the only vehicle related problem at this address. There are always at least 2 vehicles that are not operational and have been sitting in the very sad driveway for years (literally). Vehicles also get parked on the property's grass near the street. There are 2 issues here: appearance and safety. Both are important. I wouldn't want to buy a house near 3616 E. These folks park too many cars on the street. You should contact the owner and see how many adults he is renting his house to. I have seen as many as 9 cars parked in their driveway and on the street. One day they had 5 cars parked on Eddington Drive. I'm sure the owner is violating municipal code. 15.37.010 - Definitions. "Single household detached dwelling" means a building designed for the occupancy of no more than five adults unrelated by blood or marriage.
