Other: The residents of this address have been parking on the street for 12 or more hours at a time. When this happens, the street is no longer "2 way" and vehicles often must wait for the car in the other lane to pass before they can proceed. Drivers often do not have a clear line of sight. The car blocking the street lane is also unsafe for pedestrians who have to wait for traffic to clear to continue walking. There is no sidewalk. This is not the only vehicle related problem at this address. There are always at least 2 vehicles that are not operational and have been sitting in the very sad driveway for years (literally). Vehicles also get parked on the property's grass near the street. There are 2 issues here: appearance and safety. Both are important. I wouldn't want to buy a house near 3616 E. Post, with its constant stream of vehicles and unkempt appearance. The problems at this address continue into the back yard, with a broken down unused shed that is a home for raccoons. And behind the shed are 6 foot high weeds. Please talk to this property owner.

Hi Raye Ann, I think this may be some to do with parking as well as hand but doesn't seem to be construction related. Please let me know if I can help though!
