Olcott Park. One of the toilets in the women's restroom at Olcott Park keeps running. I looked to see if there was a place to turn off the water supply to the toilet, but I didn't find one. I tried moving the toilet handle and that didn't work either. It's really noisy, too. It looks (and sounds) like a plumber is needed to fix the problem. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Overgrown vegetation obstructs sidewalk both from the side and from above, especially close to the alley.
