Excessive growth front/side and in the fenced area.
Compost bin odor is so bad.I cannot sit on my front porch or open my windows. I don't know the guidelines for a compost in the city but I hope there are some. This is affecting me because I'm not able to enjoy my yard. I'm also afraid of any kind of vermin that it is attracting.
abandoned property. Yard has not been mowed in weeks. Garage door stuck half way up, inviting squatters.
The owner of 412 S High St has shrubs planted along the Hunter Avenue side of their property. These shrubs extend all the way to High Street, and they are so tall that it impossible to see if there is southbound traffic approaching on High Street when attempting to pull out of Hunter and on to High Street when driving a sedan. Surely, these shrubs are too high--and perhaps too close to High Street, too. TL;DR: huge shrubs in the southeast corner of the property are obstructing line of sight and making it dangerous to turn onto High from Hunter.
sidewalk is 100% blocked by this overgrown shrub/bush/tree
there’s a stop sign being blocked by the overgrown flora in the pic.
another blocked sidewalk from overgrown flora
May not be exactly the right address, but this drains from a downspout into the sidewalk. Not code, right? (Among other problems, that water can freeze on the sidewalk in winter)
On 1st Street east of Henderson. Sidewalk tree plot needs mowing. There's a new duplex (address is on Henderson) but i don't know who is responsible for the strip. Technically that strip is on the other side of a fence from a conservation easement
In the little patch of woods on the west side of south rogers across from the community kitchen and The Warehouse there is a growing the pile of mattresses and other debris that makes it seem that that is a homeless squatting site or an abandoned squatting site that is turning into a trash heap. It is the little patch of woods that is between two Nervous Nordisc entry points. I suspect that's private property. So it does not violate the new state law against camping on public property. But i'm sure the amount of trash there violates. Some ordinance is regarding abandoned mattresses..... I've been watching it over the last few weeks. And it is growing.
