Other: The owner of 412 S High St has shrubs planted along the Hunter Avenue side of their property. These shrubs extend all the way to High Street, and they are so tall that it impossible to see if there is southbound traffic approaching on High Street when attempting to pull out of Hunter and on to High Street when driving a sedan. Surely, these shrubs are too high--and perhaps too close to High Street, too. TL;DR: huge shrubs in the southeast corner of the property are obstructing line of sight and making it dangerous to turn onto High from Hunter.
