uReport Case #210299 Attn: Jeff Yutmeyer I want to re-open this case because when I went to the rear of my yard this afternoon, I saw that Xfinity/Comcast, cut the cable from my house and let it drop into the thorn bushes. This presents more of a fire hazard because there is a layer of dry leaves on the ground; the cable is still attached to the electrical pole. Hello, I am contacting you guys because I would like to request a health inspection at my apartment complex The Quarters Bloomington located at 1521 Isaac Dr, Bloomington, IN 47403. They have had mold grow all on the sides of 2 parking garages and it has been like that for over 2 months. The mold seems to be spreading more. They have severe water damage that doesn’t seem to be taken care of. I had a mold issue in my apartment that they didn’t prioritize which left me to clean it myself. Other residents have also had mold on their balcony door and bathroom ceiling which was like that when they moved in. The vents seem to be leaking water and it doesn’t seem like it’s an issue they are eager to fix. I am hoping that you guys are able to do a health inspection because I find myself constantly having sinus issues since moving there. Thank you!

Currently, the city only has one method for filing noise complaints, which is to call the number listed on the city's website. Having only one reporting method is extremely ineffective, and limiting the reporting method to only verbal communication creates a barrier for accessibility. There are individuals who cannot communicate over the phone - like me. Illness stole my voice years ago, but my hearing was not impacted - I still hear the noise. I just can't report it. Not sure what an adequate fix would be, as it would have to be something that is regularly monitored. (Address provided is rough estimate of area where heavy bass plays frequently, it could be one of these houses or an apartment building - I needed to put a location on the map, so I included that one.)

The Shalom driveway is CITY PROPERTY and there is a sinkhole very close to the gas meter. My prior report was closed all ready. Does that mean someone has been out and determined that it is not a safety issue? Thank you.
