We did not see an issue with our sewer pipe. There is a private sewer lateral that comes out of the building at that location. You need to hire a private plumber to investigate that if you have not already called one.

Street Department has asked the City of Bloomington Utilities to look at our sewer to make sure it is not causing the hole next to the building. We will send a CCTV truck up there in the next week to investigate our sewer. If we do not find anything we will send it back to Street Department. I would also suggest calling the gas company (CenterPoint) and asking them to investigate.
