Cup and Kettle- No store front currently online sales only. I bought gift cards to help with scaffolding and helping her store and she will no longer will take them. Bad business practice and customer service. Cup and Kettle is preparing her tea at her residence and only online sales. The stop sign at the intersection of S Ramsey Dr is significantly obstructed by tree branches and foliage. Drivers approaching the intersection have limited visibility of the stop sign, creating a potential traffic safety hazard. Photos are attached. Please inspect and trim the tree as needed to restore clear visibility of the traffic signs.

Please see if the street sweeper can clean up all the gravel and debris in the southeast corner of the intersection. It's supposed to be for bikes to use and get to the beacon to press the button but there is tons of dirt and gravel that have washed down and make it hazardous for cyclists. It's also a mess to walk through if you are on foot. Thank you!

This house has so much garbage and debris on their porch and property it seems dangerous. Google map this location and the picture shows the issue (and it's even worse now). Recently the garage roof has caved in and nothing has been done about it. There are sharp objects, a gas tank in the yard, and junk everywhere. Is there anything that can be done to clan up the situation? Thank you.

Accessible playground equipment not working. This merry go round doesn't move. A problem for all kids but especially because this is one of the few accessible activities in the playground.
