Broken sidewalk, not accessible
Broken sidewalk, not accessible
6 years of no yard mowing but once or twice a season. Junk in yard, trash cars in back yard. House falling down, occasional sewage gas smell. Cob is discriminatory- if on east side there’d be an immediate response- west side?! Just let the trash rot and ruin neighborhood, devalue homes and encourage vagrants. There’s zero consequences if you don’t clean up or mow. The house should be condemned. Rent to own scam by former cob employee… is that why nothing gets done? Only time cob does anything is if they’re sued? Worst mayor in history
Garbage, trash cars, never mows. Then when city asks - it’s a passive aggressive mow. There’s literally’x’ patterns mown in front lawns 17 years of giving the bird to COB. Do something, like condemn entire house, these tenants know how to work the system.
Complaints go back 18 years on the location. Still the same issues and still cob does fuck all! No codes have consequences… where’s the bamboo Nazi on real issues?!
Light bulb on street light is not working.
Trash and junk stored strewn on side front and back of property, plus cars that do not run on tall grass.
the alley behind this building between rogers and madison that connects 3rd st and 4th street has multiple huge potholes that keep getting worse...they are all big enough that it could easily pop someones tire or someone could get seriously injured if they happened to walk through one in the evening. this is a high traffic are due to the i-fell building shops and the office spaces.
The eastern set of lights on the south set of tennis courts went out with a burst of sparks from one of the boxes on the north of the two light poles. The lights had been on for about 30 min when this happened. No people or animals were near the pole when it happened.
Great deal of deep potholes all along the alley between Rogers & Madison.
In the Summit Pointe Apartment complex, outside 653 E Alpine Trl, there is a large dumpster sitting across from residential units in the parking lot. It is left overflowing for weeks at a time, constantly. When it is emptied, it is filled to the brim within a day and left to sit for another couple of weeks. It is being used for bulk dumping of mattresses and furniture. If Summit Pointe is within their rights to do this, then I will stop reporting it. However, I don't see how a container of garbage this full, all the time, right across from residences, is not a sanitary hazard. I would appreciate closure on this issue. Thank you.
