Snow is piled up and there's no room for street parking at the corner of Grant & University. We need to have access to street parking on University Street or on Grant Street, for our corner lot house. We did our job of shoveling the sidewalks but we need the city's help for parking options.
Coffman Excavation plowed snow from in front of 1201 S. Park Ave. into the street in front of the house, partially blocking S. Park Ave. at the corner with Grimes.
Owner of Cup and Kettle Tea LLP, Jessica Messmer, Medusa Enterprises LLC is mixing tea at the her own home on 1/28. The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick. Hello, Last week, one of our trash cans was not collected, even though we followed the CBU guidelines. This week, the trash truck drove down our alley without stopping at any of the houses on our street. As a result, we now have a significant amount of trash accumulating inside our home.
