Hello, Last week, one of our trash cans was not collected, even though we followed the CBU guidelines. This week, the trash truck drove down our alley without stopping at any of the houses on our street. As a result, we now have a significant amount of trash accumulating inside our home. The side walk on the corner of Allendale and Winslow is not shoveled, nor is the sidewalk running on the sidewalk on the south side of Winslow Ave.

Property owners at 820 S Eagleson NEVER remove the snow from their sidewalk along East Maxwell Lane, forcing pedestrians into the street when it snows.

Sidewalks along W 14th St between Madison and College have not been cleared. The landlords did have their parking lots maintained but they piled the snow into tall embankments on the sidewalks and didn't touch the sidewalks at all. It's a big concern because the guests of these units routinely are parking in the street in the narrowly cleared area making it barely passable for cars while pedestrians also are trying to walk on the street.

The walking path along South Rogers has not been cleared of snow at all. Between Patterson and Country Club. I know this is a major snow event and understand you are swamped, but this is a busy road and people cannot be walking in the street. Thank you.
