This alley needs to be regraded. It erodes every year because of the slope. The potholes are large and it causes cars to drive around them onto my and the neighbors yard. Please send a crew to fix it, thank you!
Citizen called to report that his recycling was picked up today but not his trash. He said his neighbor's trash was picked up. He would like a call back to confirm if the driver will be coming by today to collect.

Pothole on eastbound lane of Azalea at Erin Ct. Next to median
The Hopewell Plaza is haphazardly plowed. Half the sidewalks are clear, half aren’t. Some crosswalks are clear and some aren’t. For something that’s supposed to be the “great new area” in the city, we’re doing a poor job of maintaining it for winter use.
No effort has been made to clear the snow and make this sidewalk accessible to pedestrians.

Just south of the Switchyard Park entrance on Rogers, in the southbound lane, there are various holes in the road. They seem like they were cut into the road, not necessarily naturally occurring potholes. But, these are an issue that needs to be addressed.
