The sides of the path on the north part of Early History Trail at RCA park is unmowed. Dropped pin says 1970 S Bernard Dr but please check the north loop of this trail. There are lots of bugs and I do not want to risk my dog getting ticks from the tall grass. I love to walk my dog here because it is so quiet, and usually this is mowed - but right now the grass is overgrown all the way around the north side of the trail, despite the rest of the park being mowed and this part of the trail being mowed in the past. Multiple deterioration happens. I think the city repatched multiple times, but it still falls apart after a few months. I think it needs repavement
