They have parked Bird scooters at this bus stop at 1015 N College again, impeding bus access. See ticket 168116 from April 16, just ten days ago.

The bus stop was blocked with Birds again this morning, though I didn't have a chance to snap a photo. See 168116 (April 16) and 168277 (April 29).
Just north of the bus stop on College Ave by the Sunflower II apartments at 1015 N College, the manhole cover was flopped over and everything wide open as shown in the picture.
There is a Ford pickup truck that is being used as a dumpster. It is parked on the street and is attracting mice and bugs.
There is a vacant lot next to my home at 1015 E. Keri Marie Lane, that has a great deal of overgrowth all along my property line. The attached photo is one example where the growth overextends my fence and is creeping into my own vegetation. Please eradicate this overgrowth. Recyclable & non-recyclables waste mixed. Items are not included in recycling program. Recyclable items not properly sorted. 3RD NOTICE FINAL.
Snow and ice needs to be taken care of. Gentleman wished to remain anonymous and would not file a rental complaint.
Bags must have sticker attached.
Trash is strewn along the street, alleyway, caught in the trees and bushes of 1110 N Lincoln, trapped under cars and generally everywhere. Have attempted it to clean it up but continues to appear. It is unsanitary and attracting pests and rodents.
You have to walk on the median because tree has grown over the sidewalk. Needs trimmed badly
