Dead deer off side of the road
Dead deer off side of the road
This property (4700 S Orchard Lane or S College Drive) has a rooster that crows throughout the day. It is bothersome and I am not sure it is legal to have this animal. This has been going on for a long time.
Hello, I believe you all know Billy, who lives on the 600 S block of Washington Street (I’m not sure which one exactly). He has been roaming around my house since the fall, but recently has started to live on my porch. He is owned by someone who is not replying to my messages of concern. He has slept on my porch for 10 days and he appears to have a respiratory infection. The last time I spoke to his owners, they said they were moving, and at this point since they won’t message me back, he’s out in the middle of the night, and appears sick, I fear he has been abandoned. I cannot adopt him, but he would do well with an indoor / outdoor home where someone truly cares for him. What do we do?!
Incessant barking and agressive behavior of dog toward children.
Roadkill deer on Sterling Avenue - reported through the Indiana DNR
Again the second night the dog is barking nonstop. Owner leaving it out in cold, it wants to come inside. Owner refuses to bring dog in.
Dog at this address will not stop barking. Has been going for 2 hours straight. Barking in addition to another neighbor at location 2013 E Kensington. Ongoing problem and owners will not respond to police calls or neighbors calling for them to stop. Please let animal control know
There is a dog that has been barking at this house for 2 hours straight. Owner will not respond to calls to stop barking. Please send animal control to talk to owner. Have called police previously and no action was taken.
Last night for couple hours a dog was left outside in 11 degree windchill on a balcony in back of house. It was whining/crying nonstop. I’ve never felt so bad for an animal, it was quite bitter and windy. This dog is left outside there at times during crazy weather but this was the worst. I was hoping someone could stop by and educate them and tell them neighbors are upset for the dog.
I’ve been living here since June 2025. I haven’t never seen my neighbors take their dog outside, and I’m home a lot. The dog cries a lot and might be locked in a room sometimes because I can hear it through the floor and walls, and these apartments are cookie cutter style. It sounds like a medium-sized or big dog. I hear people slam things frequently, and they also smoke cigarettes indoors. I’m concerned for this dog’s well-being and almost positive there is animal abuse occurring.
