Other: Hello, I believe you all know Billy, who lives on the 600 S block of Washington Street (I’m not sure which one exactly). He has been roaming around my house since the fall, but recently has started to live on my porch. He is owned by someone who is not replying to my messages of concern. He has slept on my porch for 10 days and he appears to have a respiratory infection. The last time I spoke to his owners, they said they were moving, and at this point since they won’t message me back, he’s out in the middle of the night, and appears sick, I fear he has been abandoned. I cannot adopt him, but he would do well with an indoor / outdoor home where someone truly cares for him. What do we do?!
