REPORTS THAT THERE IS OIL RUNNING DOWN ALLEY BEHIND THE SAMIRA ALL THE WAY TO COLLEGE. STREET DEPT WAS CLEANING THERE AND WILL GET PRODUCT TO PUT ON THE OIL AND STOP THE FLOW.
