Is this not a car or not a lawn? It's there right now and doesn't seem like it's moved since the first time I took out the closed ticket. This is the third ticket for this car, 4th for this property today.

The street parking in front of the business Toys for Trucks places cones in front of their store to block others from parking even though the street parking is for public parking. The business has 7 reserved parking spaces in the gated parking lot next to the store. And the employees of this business park on the sidewalk blocking accessibility to walk.
Trees and brush on side of the road are very overgrown and need to be trimmed ASAP.
There are several streetlights out on this block, like 6 of them. We are not sure if they are city-maintained or private. They look like the same kind as all of the city ones, not sure if that matters
