This house has been vacant for approximately 6 years or so . Perhaps longer .there is no a rat problem in the neighborhood. I went in front porch today and looked in window and saw what appears to be rat feces on floor of room to the right. I know there is only so much city can do but is it possible to put out traps in alley ? Several neighbors have rat problems and we are all dealing with it as best we can on our properties, but with an abandoned house and a hoarder house at 823 it feels like we are fighting losing battle . Thank you

This house is a hoarder house . Several houses in immediate vicinity are starting to have problems with rats . We are not certain that 823 is sole source but neighbors have seen rats scurrying around that property and there is visible food waste on front porch . God only knows what is in that house . We know there is only so much city can do in regards to this matter but is it possible to put out some traps for rodents on the alley and around house . I have not seen John the owner for quite some time , so perhaps it is currently abandoned ?

Filing a noise complaint. They have continuously been having music blasting so loud that it can be heard in all the surrounding apartments. It's all hours of the day, especially late at night

COB employee spraying Glyphosate with no dye and no signage on the BLine and surrounding sidewalks. This is during the farmers market. Glyphosate has an entry period of 4-24 hours and should not be used around people and animals!

People are using old inactive cable jacks and making them live again. But they are using them to hurt people with in there homes. Running electricity or pulse waves through them and hooking them up to modern technology!! Old phone and cable lines and wall jacks.

The traffic light at South Dr and Walnut keeps turning red for Walnut with no crossing pedestrians or cars.

I really appreciate the traffic calming speed bumps that were recently installed on 11st. Can we get something similar between Adams and Fountain on 11th? It is a long flat stretch that people are driving at ridiculous speeds and also hot rodding thru late at night. There is increased pedestrian activity in this area and I would like to prevent an accident if possible. Thank you

Traveling north on Adams towards 11th when crossing the B-line it is necessary to come to a complete stop to be able to see if anyone is about to cross Adams. Getting rid of the giant non native shrub to the east would solve some of the problem by improving line of sight. I have no problem stopping there but most cars don’t because there is no indication to do so (besides common sense) I understand improvements are still being made to this section, thank you
