Traffic Signals

Due to a near constant flow of students across the pedestrian walkway, 10th street traffic is often highly backed up, increasing emissions from idling cars and making buses late. Putting in a pedestrian crossing light would create opportunities for cars and pedestrians to take turns and make the area move more efficiently.

Question: Someone told me that in the Nighborhood Parking Zones, a person can pay a higher fee for a reserved space in front of their house. (Before the Zones, elderly and disabled residents could pay a nominal fee for a painted reserved space). I have never heard of that or found it in the renewal materials i get. I'm not interested in doing that but curious whether thar information is correct. Thanks!
Water Quality
800 N Smith RD

The water is extremely poor quality, I’ve lived in Bloomington for three years and never once experienced the algae bloom taste this horribly. It’s only worsened, and I genuinely can’t drink the tap water anymore, even after freshly replacing my (secondary, personal) water filter.
