alley overgrown, overflowing into right of way
Phone call to HAND re: trash and mattress in alley between 1004 and 1006 S Palmer has been left for several months. The caller said he lives next door and saw the person who lives at 1004 S Palmer put it out in the alley.
This walk hasn’t been touched causing people to have to walk in the street.
Sidewalk hasn’t been been touched creating a dangerous situation. Pedestrian are needing to walk in the street.
