The sidewalk in front of Taco Bell is a hazard. It’s not properly cleared and a blanket of ice. It’s impossible to pass without slipping on ice.

There is a hole in the alleyway that causes a significant risk to pedestrians. This is just near the sidewalk area and pedestrian entrance to the 4th Street Parking garage. We have placed our own cones near the hole to try to protect folks, but the cones have been moved several times for cars to use the alley. This is an immediate hazard that needs to be fixed ASAP. This issue also happens at 201 W 17th St. Every time it snows, this property plows all of their snow onto the sidewalk on the south side of 17th st., forcing pedestrians to walk on 17th st., which is incredibly dangerous during busy times. These piles stick around for weeks after snowfall.

I’m reaching out regarding our driveway connecting to the street. The surface is extremely rough and there is a pretty big gap. It has gotten bad enough to the point it’s damaging the front bumper of my car when I back out. If someone could come out and take a look to repair it, that would be amazing. Thank you

The public sidewalks in front of Lovers Playground are completely impassible, and pedestrians are forced to walk in the busy street. It appears that the owners even used the sidewalks to dump snow that was cleared from their parking lot. Photos taken 2026 Jan 29 – 2:25 PM

The Hannah Center cleared all of the areas necessary for their clients, but they did nothing about the deep snow on the public sidewalks. How is this "community"? These photos were taken on January 29, 2026 at 2:15 PM – four days after the end of the snowstorm.
