Engineering is acknowledging notification and Rebecca is headed out to document and will communicate the urgency of the needed repair to AT&T. I'll reassign to her as well.

Received a call from James Hall about this ticket. I confirmed that Rebecca Davis is assigned to an AT&T permit application submitted to conduct work in this area (ROW2026-01-2220), including the installation of new handholds. The last communication on this permit was sent 01/28/2026, requesting the applicant to submit appropriate MOT documentation for the proposed closure. Davis to follow up with internal AT&T contacts to escalate the case.

Street sent this to CBU, but this is an AT&T hand hold that has failed and by the sound of the uReport is very dangerous. I will follow-up with a phone call, but can someone in Engineering reach out to AT&T. I've tried and I'm getting no where with our phone number.
