turning east onto THornton from Maxwell is not safe for cyclists. Lots of potholes and loose sand and gravel in the right lane on Thornton. All of South Maxwell has a lot of very rough pavement also.
There are several substantial potholes along Thornton Drive, between Maxwell and Oxford. And there is one more on Oxford right after turning off Thornton.

Hello my name is Precious Murphy I want to file a police report on an executive Director from Buickyard healthcare for harassment
caller stated there are 2 tv's, carpet and other trash dumped on an empty lot
trash in yard, complaint has been going on for weeks, rats showing up in yard, neighbors do not want rats in their yards.
There is garbage everywhere at this address. Neighbors shouldn't have to live like this. Its a public health emergency. I want someone to come out to do an inspection and get this cleaned up.
