There is a lot of sand and debris along the curbs of the Winslow, High, Rogers roundabout. Can you please add them to the list for the street sweeper?
There was an accident at the roundabout on moores Pike and S. Renwick a number of months ago that damaged the internal portion of the round about as well as the wall between the round about and the adjacent homes. Does the city have a plan to fix this? It's an eyesore and also likely less safe for the homes behind the wall. If this is an issue that needs to be taken up with the HOA please let me know so that our neighbors can apply pressure to get that fixed.
Is it possible to install one of the temp speed signs on Renwick Blvd? Residents in the neighborhood routinely drive over 40 mph and there are many children and pedestrians on the road throughout day. Also, the speed limit sign before you reach East Moores on Renwick is blocked by a tree.
Samantha is already complaining on public forums (I.e. HT) about the proposed annexation and her house has been under assessed once it was built. Her basement is completely finished with a full kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms, two living rooms and a fireplace. You want to gain resident confidence and support; start by eliminating these large discrepancies by "locals" with connections in the real estate industry and with local officials.
According to scanned PRC, it documents an unfinished 1540ft^2 basement. This basement is completely finished with the exception of a small utility room. It features a full kitchen, full bathroom, two living/family rooms, and two bedrooms. Please send field assessor to make these adjustments. The home owner is a Monroe County Government employee and this discrepancy has been reported at least once before now.

Hello I’m researching possibly pouring a concrete slab out my back door & I have a couple questions that I hope will help get me going in the right direction. 1. Who do I need to contact regarding this to get started? The city/county? The HOA? 2. My back door is close to the property line & a large drain. How big could a concrete slab be? Is it even possible to do because of property line & drain. How do I find out if it is possible? Thank you TJ McMurray 1567 W Castle Ct Bloomington, IN 47403
