Right here on the trail parallel to Sare Rd is always flooded because there’s a drain going down to the creek. Can someone please come put a drain underneath it so the trail isn’t always flooded and muddy? It’s a safety hazard since it’s constantly very slippery.

When the new sidewalks were installed at the corner of Nota and Woodbine and on Nota, the irrigation system for 2300 E Woodbine was damaged in two spots. Pictures of the sidewalk repair and the invoice for repairs is attached.
Almost all street lights have been out at Oakdale apartments for months. It is almost completely dark around the entire apartment complex during the night/early morning. There are people walking around during these hours (some unhoused), and it seems like a safety hazard. Property management is aware & not responding to emails.
uReport Case #210299 Attn: Jeff Yutmeyer I want to re-open this case because when I went to the rear of my yard this afternoon, I saw that Xfinity/Comcast, cut the cable from my house and let it drop into the thorn bushes. This presents more of a fire hazard because there is a layer of dry leaves on the ground; the cable is still attached to the electrical pole. Overgrown plants and a lot of sticks yard waste on the ground, making sidewalk narrow and not accessible. I don't know if this is city property or residential since it's so close to the bridge.
Water always standing when it rains. City has placed road barrier, seriously eroding the yard beyond the curb.
Although my trash can was in place for pickup this morning, it was not emptied.
Drivers who turn from Walnut up East Hillside and speeding is a problem. Hillside is a hill, and many drivers think this is a speedway. I am requesting a stoplight, yield sign, or better yet, a series of speed bumps, much like were installed on Washington Street. Pickup trucks seems to be the main issue, though muscle cars like to think of this as their raceway. The sidewalk is already directly next to the street, and we have to deal with large trucks withing 12-15 inches of our walking path. This can't be avoided. Speeding can be negated some. There is construction happening in the alleyway of 111 E 6th St, which is behind the Btown Smoke Time (corner of walnut and sixth). My apartment is in this alleyway, and there is no other access besides the alley door. The construction is currently blocking me from entering my apartment, and is blocking my roommate from leaving the apartment, because they have torn the alley out and blocked any alley entrance with heavy machinery. While I’m sure this was a necessary project, this is something that needs to be informed to residents if they are going to be blocking them inside/outside of their homes.
